A second edition dated July 2010 of the Guidance Document on response to a NUDET developed by an interagency task force has now been published and has been added to the baseline documents on this blog reachable on the Home page.
The first edition was heavily criticized by technically knowledgable readers. Hoping the second edition is an improvement.
One item of interest is is now contains discussion of some Emergency Public Information policy and issues.
